The Woodridge II has an enormous raised clubhouse with covered side porch and open front sunporch. There's plenty of room for all to play on the top level, and they get there by a step ladder or a rock wall ladder that leads to a crow's nest and an elevated tunnel! Kids swing on two belt swings or a trapeze for some serious monkeying around. The 10' wave slide makes the Woodridge truly awesome! This is a fantastic swing set that will last for years. Made from 100% cedar wood that is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained for ease of assembly. Upper deck height: 5' and Upper deck dimensions: 93" x 76"

Knowing that you get what you pay for–if you want a similar set from an American company made out of redwood or cedar, the price is at least 4x this one. Even so, yes the wood is soft but definitely sturdy and workable. The overall design is solid. I put it together myself with occasional help from my 5 and 7 year old kids. Some parts would be so much easier with 2 large people, especially getting the first walls up and square, raising the swing beams, and putting on the tunnel.
Purchased this set 8 years ago thru Sams Club. We seal it once a year so it still look great. Kids love it. It did take several days to put together (I’m in construction with over 25 years exp) however the instructions were good for this many pieces. Don’t install right on top of grass or dirt. Place the base on double 2×6 pressure treated boards set in the dirt half way. We have no wood rotting after all this time. Set each side of the ladder on small little concrete footings with a strap to secure bottom board. This keep it from rocking even if 2 adults are swinging. Had a roof board break after 6 months – Leisure time sent out replacement. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great swing set for the price. I switched the location of the slide with the ladder and was able to put it in a corner.
Slide is to fast for the under 3 set. My wife and swing on it, combined #300, what else do you need to know?, 7/10 complexity on instructions. LAY them out alphabetically as you unbox. Trust me.
Bought this item elsewhere but wanted to leave a review on Amazon. Looked at many playsets over 2 months and settled on this one. Read reviews on other Backyard Discoveries sets and took the advice to sort out all hardware by steps in ziploc bags. You’ll be spending enough time hunting down the boards in the 4 separate boxes it comes in. The boards for a single step could be in multiple boxes. We used quik-grips to mount each box’s inventory sheet for faster lookup. Instructions are pretty good but you will need to look a few steps ahead on many of the steps. The biggest issue I had with the instructions was the T-nuts that you needed to hammer in. The instructions would have you put up vertical boards supported on one end on one step only to have you need to hammer in T-nuts a couple steps later. We would have broken the boards pounding in the T-nuts so we had to take them back down, hammer in the T-nuts and put them back up. It took about 2.5 days from beginning to end with 2 people one day and 3 people for rest of the time (all experienced in construction). That does not count the time it took to sort the hardware or to seal the set after it was put up. We had 6 cordless drills/drivers between the three of us so we rarely had to change bits. It comes with T-40 bits but it is double sided, missing the ball-bearing slot to stay in your impact driver. Plan on taking this out each time you set the driver down or you’ll probably lose them (or just use your drill). I had the basic 20V DeWalt drill/driver set (brand new) and the drill at the highest clutch setting was barely enough to get in some of the bigger lag screws. No problems with the driver.
Very happy with this playset. Took about 12 hours to sort and build over two days. Took about 1-2 hours just to go through the parts and sortv them into individual steps. Used sandwich sized Ziploc bags to sort the bolts and screws. This saved so much time and headache. The quality of the wood and hardware is very good, although we did have one piece split during assembly. That piece will be replaced by the manufacturer for free. Everything fit perfectly. It’s big and my 7 year old son loves it.
